Collins was mid-way through her announcement when a trap door in the stage opened up beside her to bring the winners up. She failed to notice the door and took a swift tumble down.。

Thankfully, Collins escaped unscathed, and jumped straight back on her feet after the fall, telling the crowd "Oh my God, I am so sorry...this is live, this is what happens."。
