白岩鬆：“您到了享天倫之樂的足协年齡，但為什麽還幹這麽難的任职人工作？”

陳戌源：“我到足協工作接近2年，在企業46年，前都開玩笑講，骂别以前都是经也我罵別人，沒有別人罵我。后悔在足協工作一年多，陈戌有過彷徨，源谈有過猶豫，足协但現在隻想堅持把它做好。任职人為了我追求的前都社會責任，希望為足球做點什麽。骂别我也打過退堂鼓，经也也曾經後悔過，但現在很堅定，不後悔。”
