1.1軟化的黃油加入糖粉 。

2.2準備所需材料。

3.12將黃油和糖粉拌勻並打發。

4.21分次三次加入雞蛋。

5.將黃油和雞蛋打至完全溶合一起 。

6.篩入低筋麵粉。

7.加入熟花生碎攪拌均勻。

8.用手把它和成團。

9.將麵團放在保鮮袋上,整成細長條 ,放冰箱冷凍1小時 。

10.取出切成小圓餅 。

11.烤盤鋪油紙 ,將小圓餅放烤盤上 ,中間要留一定的空隙 ,預防餅幹膨脹連在一起,送入預熱180度烤箱,烤18分鍾左右 。
