剁椒豉油蒸豆腐的蒸豆做法做法

1.豆腐切片整齊碼入盤中

2.1入蒸鍋，水開後蒸5-7分鍾關火，剁椒將蒸好的豉油豆腐裏多餘的水份倒出

3.2將剁椒用勺子塗抹在碼好的豆腐上

4.豆腐上撒蔥花，均勻淋上蒸魚豉油

5.炒鍋內加入一大勺植物油，大火燒開，剁椒趁熱淋在擺了蔥花的豉油豆腐上即可
