北京時間7月14日，天津據德國《轉會市場》中國區管理員朱藝的津门加盟消息，天津津門虎簽約兩名新援，虎签分別是约两石炎和王嘉楠。

朱藝寫到：此前曾在日本鳥棲砂岩隊留洋的新援小将昔日球員王嘉楠加盟天津津門虎。山東泰山隊球員石炎租借加盟天津津門虎。鲁能留日
