因近期部分中超賽區屬地疫情防控工作麵臨較大壓力，中超為確保參賽人員安全及賽事有序進行，官方經商中超各賽區、因疫延期各俱樂部，情防2022中超聯賽委員會研究決定，控压調整2022中超聯賽第16輪比賽日程如下：

第16輪場序136武漢長江vs深圳隊、力中轮场場序138長春亞泰vs武漢三鎮、超第場序139河南嵩山龍門vs上海海港、比赛場序142大連人vs河北隊、中超場序143上海申花vs梅州客家的官方比賽延期，補賽時間另行通知。因疫延期
