經過短暫休整 ，国足21日15:30 ，恢复在蘇州的训练席图細雨中 ，中國國家男子足球隊來到駐地酒店訓練場 ，洛国進行了回國之後的富严首堂全隊訓練課。除了在對陣澳大利亞隊比賽中右大腿肌肉拉傷的肃全伤缺蔣光太單獨在酒店健身房進行力量訓練外 ，其餘24名球員全部來到了訓練場進行恢複訓練 。队仅接下來的蒋光隔離期內，隊伍將在嚴格遵守防疫規定的太因前提下繼續訓練 ，確保隊員以良好的国足狀態迎接即將到來的聯賽 。
