2月17日，大连大連人一線隊在大連足球青訓基地完成了2022賽季冬訓首日訓練，人赛訓練內容以體能測試和身體恢複為主。季冬教練組安排隊員們一天兩練，训正盡快調整身體狀態，式开進入到緊張、启天全情高效的两练新賽季備戰之中。
