1.排骨用涼水冒出血水 。

2.玉米去皮,保留玉米須。做法

3.玉米切成段。

4.冒好的排骨用熱水焯一下 。

5.養生壺中加入水,選擇藥膳鍵,做法燒開,灵芝放入薑和八角。玉米

6.放入焯好的排骨 。

7.瓊珍紫靈芝片衝洗一下,放進養生壺 。

8.放入玉米塊。

9.最後放入玉米須,蓋上蓋子開始煮。煮好後會有提示音
