On Wednesday,Wall Street Journal。reporter Richard Rubin noticed some young men carrying a painting of President Donald Trump on Capitol Hill.

He shared the artwork on Twitter, saying the portrait wasn't commissioned and the artist, Barry Wingard, contacted Rep. Mike Kelly.  。
