1.12紅富士蘋果一個

2.21把蘋果削去外皮

3.1把蘋果圈沾上麵粉

4.2切成圓圈

5.再把沾勻麵粉的蘋果圈再沾上蛋液

6.繼續沾勻饅頭末

7.把饅頭末均勻地粘在蘋果圈上

8.把蘋果圈放入平底煎鍋內煎製

9.把蘋果圈兩麵煎製金黃色即可

10.把剪好的蘋果圈放上薄荷，再擠上草莓煉乳即可
