Red Dead Redemption 2is being delayed until spring 2018, Rockstar Games said today in a blog post.
The sequel to 2010's epic western game Red Dead Redemptionwas originally expected to release in fall 2017, but the developer said that building the game "from the ground up for the latest generation of console hardware" requires some extra time.
As a consolation, Rockstar shared six brand new images of Red Dead Redemption 2, including the photo above.
