Mark Ronson was there, strumming along, but this was Gaga's spotlight. Clad completely in white and playing on a feathered piano adorned with angel wings, the superstar singer's stripped down production was a perfect showcase.。

Just a piano, an acoustic guitar, and Gaga's resonant vocals ringing out across a packed Madison Square Garden. She capped off "Million Reasons" with a sustained high note that prompted cheers from the packed-in crowd at New York's Madison Square Garden.。

If there was any misstep at all, it's for the Grammys to own, not Gaga. As "Million Reasons" faded away, Gaga -- now standing in front of her piano -- leaned back gently, landing right in the middle of her instrument's angel wings.。

An overhead view would have perfectly captured an iconic moment, but the live feed cut instead to a more distant crane cam. We saw what Gaga was trying to do, but we didn't get the full effect.。
