張恩華在國家隊共出場59次，毅缅友路並曾出任球隊隊長。怀张其職業生涯，恩华最高光的昔日時刻還曾留洋英格蘭。2000年11月，走好他被租借到英甲球隊格林斯比，范志在此期間出場17次打進3球，毅缅友路幫助球隊完成保級任務。怀张隨後該球隊曾想買斷張恩華，可惜由於要備戰國足十強賽，因此隻能放棄繼續留洋。
