Aishia Nelson called into 。 GMA。live from her phone, telling the anchors she is stranded on the roof of her neighbor's house in downtown Houston with all of her kids and 30 other people, and that she has nothing but the clothes on her back.。

Nelson said she'd been reaching out to authorities for help, but despite her calls, she wasn't given any sense of when she'd receive help. She added that she'd been calling every number she's been given, called 911, and has been posting online trying to receive help.。 "We don't know," she said.
