香菇山藥排骨湯的做法步驟
1. 將排骨洗淨放入開水中 ,煮一會(以肉發白和無血絲為益) ,將排骨撈出,鍋中放入適量涼水(以排骨完全侵入為益) ,放入適量的薑蔥 ,八角,肉蔻 ,陳皮,白芷等,大火煮開 ,繼續大火煮30分鍾左右 。

2. 將山藥去皮洗淨 ,切成三角塊 ,香菇洗淨切成三角塊,放入鍋中,小火煮20分鍾左右。
3. 加入適量的鹽(少許 ,不要過鹹 ,隻要是香菇和山藥入味 ,排骨湯清淡點為益),小火煮10分鍾左右。
4.湯中最好加上幾滴火麻油效果快 。
