德甲第28輪,弗赖拜仁慕尼黑客場4-1擊敗弗賴堡。堡上驳回拜仁比賽第85分鍾 ,诉被拜仁最後兩次換人 ,人场薩比策換下科曼,因裁聚勒換下托利索 ,判失其中托利索是官方在第62分鍾才替補登場的 。拜仁在場上一度以12人進行比賽,起因是科曼還未下場時,薩比策就已上場 。
德國足協體育法庭駁回了弗賴堡的上訴,判定上輪弗賴堡1-4拜仁一役結果有效。體育法庭認定 ,主要過錯在於裁判組,拜仁場上短暫出現12名球員沒有對比賽結果造成實質性影響。
